This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had. Secondly, the rooms were meticulously clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail that was impressive. The basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient and I particularly appreciated the efficient air conditioning. Lastly, the hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious, providing a great start to the day.
All was just fine, nothing negative to mention.

The location of the hotel is a mixed bag. While it is far from any major train stations, it is relatively close to the dental centre and there is a nearby train station, which can cause some noise at times. there aren't many restaurants in the area. the staff was welcoming and helpful and the swimming pool was small but enjoyable.
The breakfast at the hotel was horrid, according to one guest.

The hotel's staff were very accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned everyday, and the double locks on the door provided extra security. The facilities at the hotel were also lovely, with attention to detail in the basic amenities and air conditioning.
Despite the positive aspects, there was limited activity in the surrounding area making it difficult to find food or restaurants. Additionally, the hotel was not conveniently located near major train stations, requiring guests to rely on taxis or trains to get around.

Our Xmas experience in this hotel was mostly good. We appreciated the friendly staff who always kept our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation options and nearby amenities like restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a fridge in the room, which was very convenient for storing snacks and drinks.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the shower in our room was not functioning properly, which made our morning routine more challenging.

We enjoyed our stay here as the hotel had good transport options with a regional train station nearby and a bus stop out the front. This made it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, meeting our expectations for the price we paid. The staff was also polite and friendly, which made the check-in process easy.
Nothing negative to say.

During my city break, I appreciated the affordable price and cleanliness of the hotel. the location was convenient as it was situated between the airport and the city center, making it easier to travel. the staff was friendly and could communicate in English, which was helpful.
The hotel lacked necessary amenities like a gym or swimming pool and the breakfast selection was limited. the room was small and there was no view to enjoy.
